Privacy Policy - CardSnap Effective Date: 9.10.2026 Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how CardSnap (the "App") handles information when you use it. 1. Information We Access and Why - Camera and Photos: The App uses your camera, or a photo you choose from your gallery, to identify sports cards. When you scan a card, the photo of its front (and back, if you take one) is sent to Google's Gemini API (a service of Google LLC) solely to identify the card, estimate its condition (grade) and estimate its value. We do not store your photos on our own servers.
