Live Mic Bluetooth - Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Live Mic Bluetooth (the "App") collects, uses, and protects information, including features related to the premium purchase and advertising.


1. Information Accessed and Core Functionality


The App requires access to the following features to provide its core service:


* Microphone Access: Used to capture your voice for real-time playback through connected speakers or headphones (live microphone), and to record voice clips when you choose to use the recording feature.

* Bluetooth / Nearby Devices: Used to connect and stream audio to external Bluetooth speakers or headphones.

* Audio Settings: Used to route audio and adjust playback for live microphone use.

* Voice Recordings: When you use the recording or voice effects features, your recordings are saved as audio files in the App's private storage on your device. Recordings are never uploaded to us or to any server. A recording leaves your device only if you tap "Share" and choose an app to send it to. You can delete recordings in the App at any time.

* Local Processing: All live audio, recording and voice-effect processing happens locally on your device. We do not transmit your audio to any external servers.

* Internet Access: Used to load advertisements and to process purchases.


2. In-App Purchase and Billing


The App offers an optional one-time premium ("Pro") purchase that removes ads and unlocks premium features.


* Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, bank details, or physical addresses.

* Transaction Data: Google Play provides us with purchase status (such as Order IDs and timestamps) to confirm and restore your access to premium features.

3. Advertising and Data Mediation (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads & Meta)


To keep the basic version of the App free, we use Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource) for advertisement mediation. It shows ads from several ad networks, currently Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads.


* Mediation Partner (Unity LevelPlay): This SDK coordinates ad delivery. It may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID), IP address, device and network information, and ad interaction data.

* Ad Provider (Meta Audience Network): Meta may automatically collect information such as your device type, advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

* Ad Provider (Unity Ads): Unity may automatically collect information such as your device type, advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

* Purpose: This data is used by these partners to deliver ads, personalize ads, limit how often the same ad is shown, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance.

* Premium Users: Users who purchase Pro do not see third-party advertisements.

4. Data Protection and User Rights


* No Sensitive PII: We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers. The App requires no account or login.

* Local Data: Apart from the advertising data collected by the ad partners described above and purchase status provided by Google Play, all application data — including your recordings — remains on your device.

* Your Choices: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads on some devices). After opting out, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

* GDPR / RODO: Users in the European Economic Area have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data and to object to its processing. Your recordings are stored only on your device and can be deleted in the App or by uninstalling it. Requests regarding advertising data can be directed to the ad partners listed above, or to us using the contact details below and we will help you.


5. Children's Privacy


The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.


6. Security Measures


We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity of the App. Your recordings are stored in the App's private storage on your device, and because no personal data is stored on our servers, the risk of data breaches involving our systems is minimal.


7. Updates to This Privacy Policy


We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our App, billing systems, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available at this link and via the Google Play Store.
